Scope

• The book Advanced Research in Horticulture Crops aims to compile cutting-edge research and recent innovations in horticultural science with a focus on improving productivity, quality, sustainability, and climate resilience of horticultural crops. The volume will cover advanced studies in fruit, vegetable, ornamental, plantation, spice, and medicinal crops, encompassing classical and modern breeding approaches, genetics and genomics, biotechnology, crop physiology, protected cultivation, precision and digital horticulture, soil and water management, plant nutrition, and integrated pest and disease management. Emphasis will be given to emerging technologies such as molecular breeding, genome editing, tissue culture, high-throughput phenotyping, omics approaches, postharvest technology, value addition, and climate-smart horticulture. Interdisciplinary and applied research contributing to sustainable production systems, food and nutritional security, and commercialization of horticultural crops are especially encouraged. Contributions from researchers, academicians, and industry professionals highlighting novel methodologies, case studies, and future perspectives are invited.
